Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a globally recognized provider of mobility solutions, dedicated to offering unparalleled car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services. As a private enterprise owned by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company operates with an extensive global footprint spanning over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories. Managing a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles, Enterprise Mobility's brands include the well-known Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. These subsidiaries work together seamlessly to make travel more convenient and accessible for all customers. The company prides itself on its commitment to superior customer service, innovation, and operational excellence, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable rental experience.

Located at 1290 SW Bayshore Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL, Enterprise Mobility is currently looking for a responsible and dedicated individual to join the team as a part-time Automotive Detailer. This role offers an hourly starting wage of $15.50, based on a 25-hour workweek, with a robust benefits package that includes paid time off, employee discounts, 401k retirement plan, and opportunities for training and development. The part-time schedule allows for flexibility with two available options, catering to different lifestyle needs: a morning shift from Monday to Friday, or a mixed weekend and weekday shift.

The Automotive Detailer plays a pivotal role in upholding the company’s exacting cleanliness standards. This position entails more than just cleaning vehicles; it demands a diligent commitment to sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a diverse fleet of cars, trucks, and vans to meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures that every vehicle dispatched to customers is in impeccable condition, both inside and out. Responsibilities include washing and drying vehicles, vacuuming and sanitizing interiors, checking fuel levels, fluids, tire conditions, and performing safety inspections. Additionally, the detailer restores vehicle settings to factory defaults to protect customer privacy and ensures that all registration and documentation is current and accurate.

The ideal candidate will also maintain a neat and safe working environment and operate specialized equipment like carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove tough stains, pet hair, and odors. The role extends beyond vehicle upkeep to assisting customers when necessary, maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the branch location, including daily cleaning tasks of office and exterior areas. This position is more than a role; it is a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service excellence, offering a rewarding avenue for growth through self-assessment, skill development, and training.

Enterprise Mobility values diversity, equal opportunity, and inclusiveness in the workplace. Employees are supported to maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism. This role is also an excellent opportunity for individuals who are meticulous, safety-conscious, and eager to be part of a globally renowned organization dedicated to improving travel convenience and customer experience. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Part-time employment with Enterprise Mobility offers a chance to contribute to a world-class service team while developing valuable skills in the automotive and rental industry.
