This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package that ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, including hourly pay plus commissions based on experience. The ideal candidate will have dealership parts experience, with familiarity in Reynolds & Reynolds software considered a valuable asset. The role is hybrid, combining both working at the auto parts counter and delivering parts, thus providing versatility and dynamic daily tasks. The parts counter person duties include assisting customers in purchasing automotive parts and accessories, stocking inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring repair technicians receive the necessary parts promptly. On the delivery side, the individual will drive a company vehicle to deliver parts to various locations.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a good driving record. The position requires a strong work ethic, honesty, reliability, good computer and data entry skills, effective communication, and the ability to work well within a team.
