This opportunity is for a Cleaning Team Member at Bally's, a role that plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction within the casino or resort environment. As a Cleaning Team Member, you will help foster an environment that aligns with Bally's customer-centric culture by ensuring all areas are clean, sanitary, and welcoming. You will be responsible for maintaining floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, slot machines, and various public areas. This role also involves the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering strictly to safety protocols and company policies. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work at heights above 10 feet occasionally
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety practices
  • Must adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
  • Ability to work in confined spaces occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to perform the duties including lifting and standing for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, Company policies and procedures, and organizational goals
  • Assist with training and developing team members
  • Clean floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, slots and slot bases
  • spot clean areas as needed
  • Execute daily cleaning projects as assigned
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, including using personal protective equipment when required
  • Restock storage closets daily
  • Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction and reducing costs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
