The role of Atrium Attendant is integral to the success of one of Legends Global’s exciting new projects: the New Highmark Stadium, set to open for the 2026 NFL season as the new home of the Buffalo Bills. This stadium represents the largest construction initiative in Western New York's history and will feature state-of-the-art technology designed to enhance the fan experience. As an Atrium Attendant, the successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, hospitable, and organized environment for guests. The primary responsibility is to reset tables quickly and professionally, ensuring the cleanliness of assigned areas and their perimeters. This includes maintaining buffet inventory, passing food to guests, clearing food and beverages with efficiency and care, restocking supplies such as beverages and condiments, and attending to spills swiftly to ensure safety standards.

The role also requires completing opening and closing procedures, systematically checking for customer satisfaction and escalating concerns to servers or management as needed. The Atrium Attendant is expected to practice safe work habits, complete relevant safety and compliance training, and maintain a pleasant and cooperative attitude with guests, coworkers, and management. This part-time position offers a competitive wage of $16 per hour plus gratuity, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates seeking customer service experience in an energetic and fast-paced venue setting. Job Duties

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas
  • Completing opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain buffet inventory and ensure it stays fully stocked and clean at all times
  • Pass food from buffet throughout space to guests in the area
  • Clear food and beverages with the ability to carry multiple plates at a time
  • Check on customer satisfaction and refer information to servers, hostess or manager
  • Restock supplies, such as beverages, napkin containers, utensils, condiments, etc.
  • Cleaning and clearing of spills quickly to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards guests, coworkers, and management
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management
