Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months to a year of progressively responsible experience in restaurant or retail operations or Nekter experience as a Shift Leader
  • Valid Food Handlers certification
  • Extended periods of standing
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist Store Manager to hire and retain sufficient customer-oriented employees
  • Ensure all write ups are accurately documented and sent to Human Resources timely
  • Ensure cleaning and food handling procedures are correct resulting in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
  • Ensure items are prepared to recipe and served at proper temperature and appearance
  • Conduct quality checks and checklists consistently
  • Complete Red Book duties accurately and on time
  • Write and post employee schedules in absence of General Manager
  • Ensure daily and weekly financial goals are met including hourly labor and food cost
  • Maintain manager administrative duties including cash log, invoice tracker, and supply orders in absence of General Manager
