The Assistant Food Service Director (NEX) role is a full-time, onsite position based in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is critical in supporting the Food Service Director in planning, organizing, and directing food service operations in correctional facilities. The Assistant Food Service Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals to meet the dietary needs of inmates while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation codes.
