Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
- ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and operational standards

- capacity to manage HR functions including hiring and performance management
- willingness to work flexible hours including shifts
- physical ability to perform operational duties

Job Duties
- Drive excellence in customer service
- maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- supervise food handling and operational processes
- exercise shift-to-shift financial controls
- develop and drive annual operating plans
- analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllable accounts
- train and mentor subordinates on financial and operational practices
- oversee facilities and equipment maintenance
- monitor inventory and order fulfillment
- establish and monitor speed with service targets
- manage weekly schedules
- direct restaurant level HR activities including hiring, performance management, compensation and employee relations
- conduct hands-on training for management staff
- develop and monitor staffing plans
- ensure compliance with workplace regulations
- achieve restaurant operating plan and margin improvement
- track and resolve customer complaints
- implement CAPEX requests and vendor relations
