Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees

Job Duties

  • Drive excellence in customer service
  • maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
  • supervise food handling and operational processes
  • exercise shift-to-shift financial controls
  • develop and drive annual operating plans
  • analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllable accounts
  • train and mentor subordinates on financial and operational practices
  • oversee facilities and equipment maintenance
  • monitor inventory and order fulfillment
  • establish and monitor speed with service targets
  • manage weekly schedules
  • direct restaurant level HR activities including hiring, performance management, compensation and employee relations
  • conduct hands-on training for management staff
  • develop and monitor staffing plans
  • ensure compliance with workplace regulations
  • achieve restaurant operating plan and margin improvement
  • track and resolve customer complaints
  • implement CAPEX requests and vendor relations
