The Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) role is a critical leadership position within the restaurant that supports the Restaurant General Manager by providing additional management coverage during operational hours. This position requires hands-on leadership to directly train employees, resolve customer issues efficiently, and model desired behaviors and skills.
