Job Duties

  • Drive excellence in customer service
  • maintain company standards in product and facility specifications
  • supervise food handling procedures and operational processes
  • exercise shift-to-shift financial control to meet profit margin targets
  • assume responsibility for financial controls, crew training, and screening of prospective employees
  • perform hands-on operational duties and employee training
  • respond to customer service needs and role model appropriate skills
  • analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to implement corrective actions
  • develop and drive the restaurant annual operating plan
  • oversee facility and equipment maintenance
  • establish and monitor speed with service targets
  • develop and revise management and crew schedules
  • direct hiring, performance management, compensation, and employee relations
  • provide hands-on management staff training and monitor staffing plans
  • ensure fair treatment of employees and compliance with workplace regulations
