Job Duties
- Drive excellence in customer service
- maintain company standards in product and facility specifications
- supervise food handling procedures and operational processes
- exercise shift-to-shift financial control to meet profit margin targets
- assume responsibility for financial controls, crew training, and screening of prospective employees
- perform hands-on operational duties and employee training
- respond to customer service needs and role model appropriate skills
- analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to implement corrective actions
- develop and drive the restaurant annual operating plan
- oversee facility and equipment maintenance
- establish and monitor speed with service targets
- develop and revise management and crew schedules
- direct hiring, performance management, compensation, and employee relations
- provide hands-on management staff training and monitor staffing plans
- ensure fair treatment of employees and compliance with workplace regulations
