Starboard Group is a leading experiential marketing and retail management company specializing in delivering unique and engaging brand experiences, primarily within the cruise industry. With a reputation for innovation and excellence, Starboard Group partners with some of the world's most recognizable brands to create memorable onboard activations, promotional events, and retail experiences that consistently enhance the guest journey. The company prides itself on a collaborative culture that blends creativity with operational expertise, ensuring that every branded activation resonates deeply with guests while meeting commercial and brand objectives. Starboard Group operates at the intersection of marketing, entertainment, and retail, offering varied opportunities to work with high-profile clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Candidates will benefit from the experience of working closely with inspired professionals and world-renowned brands, contributing to the creation of exclusive and impactful guest experiences.

The role includes up to 20% travel, which encompasses ship visits, shipboard activations, industry events, and client meetings, offering a dynamic and varied work schedule. While experience in the cruise or travel industries is preferred, the right candidate can leverage prior experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, and brand activations across related sectors.

This full-time role calls for detail-oriented, innovative professionals eager to make a tangible impact on how brands interact with consumers in an exciting environment.
