Additional incentive bonuses may be awarded based on job classification and company guidelines. Employees benefit from comprehensive insurance coverage options including medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine services, alongside company-paid basic life, AD&D insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability plans. The company supports work-life balance through PTO accrual, six paid holidays, and up to four paid floating holidays per year. Towne Park is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace environment, providing reasonable accommodations as needed, and maintaining high visibility with clients to ensure sustained operational success.
