You will also manage business metrics such as forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover, making sure that revenue is accurately captured and reported. This includes overseeing cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with scheduling and timekeeping controls.

Towne Park offers a competitive annual base pay range between $52,800 and $79,200 for this role, with eligibility for annual incentive bonuses. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance. The company provides basic life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Paid time off benefits include accrual of PTO based on hours worked, six paid holidays, and floating holidays.
