Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School degree/GED
  • Minimum 1+ years client service or claims management experience for degree holders
  • Minimum 3+ years client service or claims management experience for High School/GED holders
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to mentor and support junior team members

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1+ years client service or claims management experience or High School degree/GED with minimum 3+ years client service or claims management experience
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to build relationships and deliver results
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams

Job Duties

  • Manage the renewal process by compiling information, analyzing client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely responses and excellent customer service
  • Support the team in addressing client risk management needs with consultative conversations and customized strategies
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high service standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems and perform audits to ensure data integrity
  • Utilize Gallagher’s technology tools to enhance productivity, streamline operational processes, and deliver quality results efficiently
  • Mentor junior team members by providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional growth
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively to ensure all tasks meet deadlines and client expectations
