Currently, Little Caesars is looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role is essential in ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently and successfully on a day-to-day basis. The Assistant Manager works closely with the restaurant team to supervise and support staff performance during shifts, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of high-quality food products, ensuring all service standards are met and customers receive correct and complete orders within established timeframes. The Assistant Manager also upholds Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct to maintain a consistent and welcoming atmosphere that customers expect.
In this role, the Assistant Manager handles various operational responsibilities, from maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in workstations and ensuring restaurant image standards are met, to managing cash handling and security protocols. They play a pivotal part in staff development by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to colleagues, helping them improve performance and comply with company standards. This position also involves managing food and paper inventory, labor and utility costs, and documentation needed for smooth restaurant operation. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is entrusted with opening and closing the restaurant, managing unexpected occurrences appropriately, and communicating with relevant parties timely and effectively. The job demands a proactive individual who is dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure while maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service and product quality.
The position typically requires a commitment of 40-50 hours per week, including the ability to perform essential job functions reliably. Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a high school diploma or GED as the minimum educational attainment. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are mandatory, as some tasks may involve deliveries and banking duties.
