Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of store team members
- support labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs
- monitor payroll, labor costs, and store productivity metrics
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
- open and close store operations, including cash handling and deposit procedures
- keep a watchful eye on inventory, sales reports, and employee performance, ensuring our donut empire runs like a well-oiled machine
- ensure our donut creations are fresh, tantalizing, and ready to satisfy cravings at a moment's notice
