This role is for a full-time Assistant Store Manager located at the Burnham Building in Boston, MA. The Assistant Store Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve Caffè Nero’s core business goals. These include building and retaining a talented team, delivering friendly and efficient customer service, maintaining first-class store standards, and managing daily business operations. As a key custodian of the Caffè Nero culture and brand ambassador, the Assistant Store Manager will help foster a positive work environment where employees are motivated to perform their best.
