Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of food production and kitchen sanitation
  • Capability to manage inventory and purchasing
  • Availability to work full time in Fort Worth, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 5 years experience in culinary or food and beverage
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience managing kitchen operations and staff
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Develops new culinary applications and concepts
  • Maintains food handling and sanitation standards
  • Oversees food production and preparation
  • Coordinates with Restaurant and Banquet departments
  • Leads culinary staff shifts and manages employee performance
  • Manages kitchen inventory and purchasing according to budget
  • Addresses guest service issues and improves customer satisfaction
