Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of hospitality management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
  • Strong local hospitality experience and commitment
  • Course work completed by recognized wine education institutions
  • Ability to connect, resolve conflict, and drive engagement
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, lift, and bend continuously
  • Passion for ongoing wine studies and knowledge application

Job Qualifications

  • Course work completed by The Court of Master Sommeliers or Wine and Spirit Education Trust
  • Strong local hospitality experience and community commitment
  • 1+ years of hospitality management experience
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Proficiency in wine inventory management
  • Innovative thinking and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with management team members to lead and direct wine operations effectively
  • Deliver exceptional guest and team member experiences consistently
  • Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to business growth
  • Conduct staff training sessions for Front of House Staff
  • Collaborate with the Wine Director to create new wine menus and purchase product
  • Participate in wine tastings alongside the Wine Director
  • Maintain weekly wine inventory and manage costs of goods
