Job Requirements
- 1+ years of hospitality management experience
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
- Strong local hospitality experience and commitment
- Course work completed by recognized wine education institutions
- Ability to connect, resolve conflict, and drive engagement
- Physical ability to walk, stand, lift, and bend continuously
- Passion for ongoing wine studies and knowledge application
Job Qualifications
- Course work completed by The Court of Master Sommeliers or Wine and Spirit Education Trust
- Strong local hospitality experience and community commitment
- 1+ years of hospitality management experience
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Proficiency in wine inventory management
- Innovative thinking and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Job Duties
- Collaborate with management team members to lead and direct wine operations effectively
- Deliver exceptional guest and team member experiences consistently
- Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to business growth
- Conduct staff training sessions for Front of House Staff
- Collaborate with the Wine Director to create new wine menus and purchase product
- Participate in wine tastings alongside the Wine Director
- Maintain weekly wine inventory and manage costs of goods
