Texas Roadhouse is currently seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to join their team and assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. This role is integral to maintaining the seamless flow of service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, enforcing compliance with employment policies, managing scheduling, and guiding employees through hands-on supervision and thorough training. This role requires a leader who is passionate about excellent customer service, can promote a positive work environment, and contribute to the restaurant's overall success.
The Assistant Service Manager will work closely with the Service Manager and other management to approve side work, oversee team cross-training, and enforce safety standards including food handling procedures and responsible alcohol service training. They will set the pace during peak business hours by actively engaging with guests and employees, ensuring 100% table visitation to gather customer insights for enhancing the sales strategy. Additionally, this role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant while controlling guest flow and assisting with liquor inventory ordering. The Assistant Service Manager also supports marketing efforts and helps build sales through promotions and employee incentive programs.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service training requirements
- Ability to motivate and develop employees

Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- In conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
- Oversees/approves all Front of House side work
- Provides/oversees thorough training
- Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- Manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking
- Ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather customer insights and assist Service Manager in developing a sales strategy to improve customer experience and drive sales
