As a Server at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior food and beverage experience to guests. This full-time, hourly position based in New York involves professional, courteous, and efficient service that exceeds guest expectations. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests by name whenever possible to provide a personalized service experience, setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of tables and work areas, serving water, bread, and coffee with attention to detail, and ensuring all health and safety standards are strictly followed. The Server must skillfully stack trays for stewarding, handle closing duties such as storing reusable items, cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, locking refrigerators, and completing daily cleaning checklists. Daily adherence to clean-as-you-go procedures is essential, along with thorough inspection of china, glass, and silverware before use to uphold the hotel’s luxury standards.
