Assistant Retail Store Manager

In the role of Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will take the lead at the heart of our retail operations. Partnering closely with the store manager, you will oversee daily store activities ensuring that operational standards are met and that customers receive exceptional service. You will play a critical role in managing, coaching, and developing a team of retail sales consultants, driving performance and collaboration to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities will include assisting with merchandising strategies and product launches to align with marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. You will also support outreach and promotional activities both inside and outside the store, including community events and off-site promotions designed to increase customer engagement. You will utilize your knowledge of wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T’s mobility systems to offer expert guidance to customers and ensure the store achieves performance targets.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $47,500 to $71,300 annually, plus commission up to $18,000, with individual compensation depending on experience, education, and location.
