Job Duties

  • Responsible for supporting and meeting daily restaurant operations to ensure a superior guest experience in our dining room
  • Collaborate with the General Manager in analyzing and recommending methods to drive sales, manage profitability, fulfill operating hours to include all controllable spending (payroll, COGS, invoicing)
  • Manage beverage program
  • maintain relationships with purveyors, manage and submission of inventory, participation in menu development
  • Assists the General Manager in hiring, training, developing, scheduling and evaluating employees through daily line-up, staff programs and daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
  • Enforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback
  • effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints at all times acting as a brand ambassador
  • Encourages a positive work environment for all staff
