Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years of experience managing in a full service, upscale restaurant environment
  • valid food handler’s card where applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in basic accounting
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • willingness to participate in Manager in Training program

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of full service, upscale restaurant management experience
  • solid written and verbal communication skills
  • basic accounting skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
  • career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry

Job Duties

  • Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit
  • hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • monitor and manage productivity and operational costs
  • support unit success by fostering a positive and efficient work environment
  • communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • uphold Nordstrom’s standards and values in all interactions
