Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of experience managing in a full service, upscale restaurant environment
- valid food handler’s card where applicable
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in basic accounting
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to customer service excellence
- willingness to participate in Manager in Training program

- Two or more years of full service, upscale restaurant management experience
- solid written and verbal communication skills
- basic accounting skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule
- possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
- career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry
Job Duties
- Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit
- hire, train, manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with company procedures
- monitor and manage productivity and operational costs
- support unit success by fostering a positive and efficient work environment
- communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- uphold Nordstrom’s standards and values in all interactions
