We currently have an exciting opening for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with additional opportunities for quarterly bonuses and annual super bonuses. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at SSP America, you will play a critical role in supporting the restaurant management team by overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for training, developing, and communicating with the team of Food Travel Experts both front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring every team member is aligned with the company's goals and customer service standards. You will implement and uphold guest service standards and brand specifications across multiple locations, helping to maintain the high-quality experience SSP America is known for. Additionally, you'll manage merchandising standards, inventory levels, and oversee team member performance including providing feedback and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service w/bar restaurant environment required
- Minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred
