Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
- Strong communication organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills including Word Outlook Excel and point of sale systems
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends holidays and events

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in training motivating and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory and oversee scheduling payroll and point of sale systems
- Monitor and enforce health safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
