Job Duties

Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently serve up amazing customer service
Support the success of your unit by keeping customers happy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down
Utilize solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively lead your team
Apply basic accounting skills to manage costs and scheduling
Work a flexible schedule to address business needs
Maintain and uphold food safety standards by possessing a valid food handler’s card where required
