Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
- at least 1 year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
- familiarity with labor management and cost control
- knowledge of food safety regulations such as HACCP or ServSafe
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- capability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings and weekends
