Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service with bar restaurant environment
  • Minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to handle fast-paced and dynamic work situations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Valid work authorization in the operating country

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Train, develop and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts in front of house and back of house
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
  • Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and team member assignments
  • Manage, supervise and evaluate team member performance through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals
  • Provide feedback including disciplinary action
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as state health and sanitation standards
