Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or assistant management
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of wine and cocktail service is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a high-volume restaurant or bar
