This opportunity is for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bengals Bar and Kitchen, a full-service restaurant with a vibrant bar environment situated inside one of the region's busiest airports. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service with bar restaurant environment required
- Minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport restaurant environment
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to maintain health and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service restaurant with bar environment
- Minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations
- Experience managing inventory and merchandising standards
Job Duties
- Train, develop and communicate with front of house and back of house team members
- Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
- Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitor inventory levels
- Develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and team member assignments
- Manage, supervise and evaluate team member performance and provide feedback including disciplinary action
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures and state health and sanitation standards
