Job Description

Dunkin' is a well-established leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, synonymous with coffee and baked goods. Founded in 1950 and headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, Dunkin' has grown into America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for hot and iced coffee, donuts, bagels, and muffins. The brand has sustained a remarkable industry presence, earning the No. 1 ranking for customer loyalty in the coffee category by Brand Keys for 14 consecutive years. Operating more than 13,100 restaurants across 41 countries worldwide, Dunkin' consistently delivers quality and service that resonate with a broad customer base. As a part of Dunkin' Brands Group, Inc., it benefits from a deep-rooted heritage in delivering value, taste, and convenience to its customers.

The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Dunkin' is pivotal for supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading a dynamic team and fostering a customer-first environment. This position is especially suited for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry, seeking to develop their leadership skills while contributing to the operational and financial success of one of the most recognized restaurant brands globally. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring employees, ensuring that each team member is connected with the brand's high standards for guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests, complying with all health, safety, and brand guidelines.

This role requires strong organizational skills to manage staffing and shift requirements, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service. Additionally, you will collaborate on developing and executing action plans based on guest feedback and restaurant assessments, which directly contribute to continuous improvement and top-line sales growth. Financial acumen is vital in managing costs and maximizing profitability, alongside leading marketing promotions and new product rollouts that energize the team and attract customer attention. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on restaurant management with strategic planning and team leadership.

Joining Dunkin' as an Assistant Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a committed community where you can advance your career and impact customer experiences positively. The role demands a commitment to ongoing development, problem-solving, and fostering an inclusive and motivating work culture.
