Assistant Manager – High-Volume Sports Bar

Led daily operations in a high-volume sports bar specializing in scratch-made food. Supervised and coached front- and back-of-house teams, managed high-volume shifts, maintained food and service quality standards, controlled labor and inventory costs, and ensured an exceptional guest experience. Assisted with hiring, training, scheduling, conflict resolution, and driving sales while maintaining a fast, efficient, and positive team environment. Base $65K-$80K plus Bonus
