We are looking for experienced, motivated leaders to join our management team as an Assistant Manager and Kitchen Manager. If you’re passionate about hospitality, know how to lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced sports bar environment, we want to hear from you!

💰 Compensation

$60,000–$75,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

ASSISTANT MANAGER

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can help oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate the team, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily front-of-house and restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain excellent guest service and hospitality standards
• Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and costs
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed
• Support the General Manager and management team
• Help create an energetic, fun environment for guests and employees

KITCHEN MANAGER

Our Kitchen Manager will lead the back-of-house team and ensure consistent, high-quality food while maintaining strong food safety, labor, and cost controls.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and train kitchen staff
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Manage food preparation, ordering, inventory, and waste
• Control food and labor costs
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Develop an efficient, organized, and positive kitchen culture
• Work closely with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
• Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable
