The role of Assistant Coach, also known as Assistant General Manager, at Sweetgreen is a dynamic leadership position that requires an individual who can inspire teams, drive operational efficiency, and maintain exceptional guest experiences. This salaried position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with an additional 15% bonus potential, reflecting the value Sweetgreen places on effective leadership and continuous improvement.
