Job Description
Sweetgreen is a prominent national restaurant brand, specializing in fast casual dining with a strong commitment to healthy, sustainable, and real food. Established in 2007, Sweetgreen has revolutionized the fast food industry by prioritizing fresh, flavorful ingredients sourced directly from farmers and local communities. The company fosters transparency in its supply network and emphasizes cooking from scratch to provide an authentic and wholesome food experience. Sweetgreen is dedicated to building healthier communities by connecting people to real food, encouraging sustainable agricultural practices, and supporting small and mid-size growers who farm sustainably. This dedication extends beyond food sourcing to creating opportunities for employees' personal and professional growth, ensuring that everyone involved with Sweetgreen contributes to a healthier future. The company's ethos is deeply rooted in its six core values: win-win-win, think sustainably, keep it real, add the sweet touch, make an impact, and live the sweetlife. These values guide every decision, from the ingredients used to the culture cultivated within its teams. Sweetgreen operates with a workforce of approximately 2,500 to 4,999 employees and remains a leader in the restaurant and food services industry. Employment at Sweetgreen means being part of a collaborative culture where restaurant team members and support staff live their core values, encourage innovation, and work collectively toward the mission of improving community health through food.
