We are currently looking to hire a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our front of house leadership team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining shifts. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of daily shifts, managing inventory and ordering for bar supplies, and maintaining high standards of guest service to exceed expectations consistently. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and effective management of both guest and employee relations during shifts.
