Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • have 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • available to work a 50-hour work week
  • possess basic computer literacy
  • have reliable transportation
  • able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and cleaning parking lot
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during most of the shift
  • high school diploma or ged preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • basic computer literacy
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Job Duties

  • support the restaurant general manager during shifts
  • solve problems with a positive attitude
  • guide team members and shift managers to complete assigned duties
  • manage inventory effectively
  • maintain financial accountability
  • ensure safe and quality food delivery to customers
  • maintain a safe environment for employees and customers
