Since its inception, CEC Entertainment has been dedicated to delivering joyful, lasting memories through food, play, and entertainment. Chuck E. Peter Piper Pizza complements the family-friendly dining experience by offering neighborhood pizzeria vibes paired with engaging entertainment options. Its slogan, "The Fun is Baked In," epitomizes the seamless blend of food and amusement that brings families and communities together every day. Both brands support physical wellness and developmental skills for children through their interactive attractions and games.

CEC Entertainment and its franchisees operate nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues across 45 states and 18 countries. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive culture, celebrating fun and play as a binding force for families worldwide. It also emphasizes career growth, professional development, and employee well-being, providing a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan available to eligible U.S. employees.

As an Assistant Manager at CEC Entertainment, you will be positioned at the heart of this vibrant, dynamic company. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your management career within the beloved family entertainment industry leader. Assistant Managers partner with the team to ensure every guest leaves happy by making critical decisions related to time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards. You will build sales and maximize profits through effective recruitment, training, and motivation of your team, striving for company and guest expectations.

This is a high-energy, rewarding role where you take ownership of an "Area of Impact" (AOI) in one of four key areas: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom. Over time, you will rotate among these areas, gaining comprehensive operational expertise. The Kitchen AOI includes managing product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and pizza preparation from scratch. The Sales AOI involves oversight of the Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop, focusing on sales results, inventory, ordering, and quality assurance. In the Showroom, you will lead birthday party planning and execution, optimizing bookings and guest experiences. The Gameroom AOI requires collaboration with the Technical Manager to maintain game equipment, analyze play data, and ensure a guest-ready environment.

Assistant Managers also understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management, playing a vital role in the company's profitability and operational excellence. This position demands skills such as coaching and developing others, effective communication, composure, resourcefulness, ethics and integrity, and strong time and priority management. The role demands physical effort, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and walking in an environment that may feature flashing lights, mechanical parts, and varying temperature conditions.

With an hourly wage ranging from $21.28 to $23.64 and commission potential linked to Membership and Fun Pass sales, this role not only offers financial incentives but also a pathway to career progression. CEC Entertainment is committed to diversity and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations and equal opportunity employment. Join CEC Entertainment to be part of a team that prioritizes fun, family, and fulfilling careers in a supportive and engaging environment.
