Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must obtain and maintain Key Gaming License through POIGRA
- Must hold New Mexico State Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification
- Must acquire POIGRA Alcohol Server License
- Must be flexible to work any shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and First Aid standards
- Experience with POS and cash handling systems
Job Duties
- Monitor and oversee restaurant and bar operations
- Enforce compliance with tribal, federal, state, and resort regulations
- Manage staffing and employee performance
- Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with culinary team for menu changes and food preparation
- Coordinate event setups and catering logistics
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
