Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and quality standards
- Experience using P&L and store reports
- Ability to interpret operational documents
- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred, minimum one year restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations and maintain compliance
