Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and quality standards
- Experience using P&L and store reports
- Ability to interpret operational documents
- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred, minimum one year restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations and maintain compliance
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals
- Effective multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement improvements
- Read and interpret operational and maintenance documents
- Maintain the physical condition of the restaurant
- Support daily restaurant operations and team coordination
