Job Requirements

  • Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and quality standards
  • Experience using P&L and store reports
  • Ability to interpret operational documents
  • Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to oversee restaurant operations and maintain compliance
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals
  • Effective multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with one year of restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement improvements
  • Read and interpret operational and maintenance documents
  • Maintain the physical condition of the restaurant
  • Support daily restaurant operations and team coordination
