As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in supervising restaurant employees and assisting the Restaurant Leader in all operational aspects. Part of your responsibilities will include ensuring the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards, maintaining proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness. Utilizing profit and loss statements and store reports to enhance operational effectiveness will also be a key responsibility. The role requires the ability to read and interpret operating instructions, maintenance protocols, and procedural manuals accurately. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

Physical requirements include multitasking and performing tasks that may involve repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of restaurant management or supervisory experience
