Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Capability to monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Demonstrated experience using P&L and store reports to effect change
- Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel
- Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with relevant experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in daily management tasks and employee scheduling
