The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a proactive management team and have some previous supervisory experience. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with Restaurant Leaders to oversee restaurant conditions, maintain compliance with company policies and health department regulations, and ensure the freshness and quality presentation of foodservice products. You will also utilize various reports such as profit and loss statements and store performance data to make informed decisions that support business objectives and improve restaurant performance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and has strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel. While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates with a minimum of one year of restaurant management experience are also encouraged to apply. The role requires physical stamina, including performing repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Guarantee proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss reports and store reports to affect operational change
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Assist in daily restaurant operations management
  • Support team development and contribute to a positive work environment
