Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to oversee and ensure compliance with company and health department standards
- Ability to train, coach, and lead a restaurant team
- Capacity to read and interpret detailed documentation
- Physical capability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced foodservice environment

Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and provide training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support team members through effective management and communication
- Assist in daily restaurant operations to achieve business goals
