Have Fun." philosophy, Raising Cane's has quickly grown to become one of the fastest-growing chicken concepts in the United States. Its mission is not just about delivering delicious meals but also about fostering an energetic, positive work environment that cultivates teamwork, leadership, and personal development. With a strong emphasis on maintaining a welcoming culture and high operational standards, Raising Cane's continues to expand its presence across the U.S. and beyond, striving to be a Top 10 restaurant brand nationwide.
This opportunity is for the position of Assistant Restaurant Leader, a pivotal role within the Raising Cane's team. The Assistant Restaurant Leader supports the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations to ensure the restaurant meets Raising Cane's high standards for both food quality and customer service. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about restaurant management and who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen and customer service environment. Raising Cane's offers a competitive starting salary beginning at $55,000 annually, with an additional monthly training incentive of $750. Pay is influenced by factors such as location, prior experience, and specific qualifications. The company further rewards performance through monthly incentives that reflect the restaurant's profitability, providing an attractive earnings potential for those who are motivated and performance-oriented.
The role encompasses an extensive range of responsibilities that include hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of hourly crewmembers, ensuring smooth shift operations, managing cash handling processes, and enforcing company policies and safety standards. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Assistant Restaurant Leader will be expected to handle extensive periods of physical activity such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, both inside and outside the restaurant premises. In this role, a person engages directly with customers, contributes to a clean and safe environment, and acts as the manager on duty with the authority to open and close the restaurant. This role requires a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities and lead by example.
Raising Cane's values its employees by offering an impressive range of benefits. Full-time Restaurant Managers enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits alongside dependent care and health care flexible spending accounts.
