Founded with the mission to deliver the most craveable chicken finger meals, Raising Cane's is quickly ascending as one of the fastest-growing chicken concepts in the United States and aims to become a Top 10 restaurant brand nationwide. The company highly values every crewmember, recognizing their importance to both the rapid growth and continued success of the brand. This commitment to excellence and growth creates a dynamic workplace where dedication is met with rewards and opportunities for development.
The position available is the Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's. The Assistant Restaurant Leader functions in a fast-paced kitchen environment that demands physical stamina, including extensive walking, standing, lifting, and bending. This position also requires interaction with customers and includes working in varied temperature conditions, inside and outside the restaurant. The role entails working with food products, allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products while using the necessary personal protective equipment. The Assistant Restaurant Leader’s responsibilities are integral to maintaining quality, safety, and excellent customer service at all times.
Compensation for this role starts at $55,000 annually, complemented by a monthly training incentive of $750. Pay rates vary based on location, experience, and qualifications, and monthly incentives following training are tied to the profitability of the restaurant. This rewarding pay structure reflects the company’s commitment to motivating excellence and ensuring financial recognition for top performance. Full-time Restaurant Managers, including Assistant Restaurant Leaders, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that covers medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits. Additional benefits include dependent care and healthcare flexible spending accounts, company-provided life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching for individuals aged 21 and older. Employees also have access to financial advisors for budgeting and retirement planning, a One Pass Gym Membership Program, tuition reimbursement, a crewmember assistance program, pet insurance, and several perks and rewards.
The role offers competitive pay with weekly pay options (bi-weekly in certain states like California), paid time off, sick time, and eight paid holidays annually. The company supports early closures for events, promotes a casual work attire policy, and offers Perkspot employee discount programs. Raising Cane's values a positive work-life balance and invests in its managers’ well-being and career progression, making this an excellent opportunity for dedicated individuals to grow their careers within a thriving and supportive environment. Joining Raising Cane's means becoming part of a passionate team that works together to raise the bar in restaurant service and operations.
