The total pay varies according to location, the individual’s experience, and qualifications, with additional monthly incentives based on restaurant profitability. Raising Cane’s is committed to investing in its leaders by providing comprehensive benefits and perks designed to support full-time Restaurant Managers. These include medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits; life and disability insurance; financial planning resources; tuition reimbursement; and wellness programs like a gym membership.
