Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of professional or technical experience
- Experience in reading and interpreting leases strongly preferred
- Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong commitment to a team-oriented approach
- Strong personal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, contractors, and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi software strongly preferred
- U.S. work authorization required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of professional or technical experience, lease interpretation preferred
- Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with tenants, vendors, contractors, and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi software strongly preferred
- Associate degree or BA/BS from a two or four-year college preferred
Job Duties
- Assist the Real Estate Manager in management of properties and administrative functions
- Provide support with daily department tasks, projects, and work schedules
- Participate in budget preparation and execution including preparing requested analysis
- Produce monthly financial reports as needed
- Collaborate with Facilities team to address tenant maintenance issues
- Assist with move in and move out procedures
- Support collection of overdue payments from tenants
- Draft, proof, and finalize correspondence for Real Estate Managers
- Use invoicing software such as Nexus Payable to process vendor invoices
- Coordinate vendor and tenant access control with Facilities
- Complete write-off requests for Real Estate Manager review
- Assist in analyzing variances on monthly Comparative Income Statements
- Track property Net Operating Income and trends
