Beyond technical oversight, the Assistant Project Manager plays an integral part in monitoring job site progress, attending project meetings, managing critical project documents such as RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, change orders, and punch lists, and maintaining organized project files. This position is designed for highly organized, proactive professionals who thrive on collaboration, effective communication, and problem-solving within the design-build construction context. Experience in residential construction or commercial interior fit-out projects, alongside familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, will be advantageous.

Our client values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer that encourages applications from minorities, women, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and other qualified applicants. This commitment reflects their dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace that harnesses diverse talents to achieve superior project outcomes.
