This role is for an Assistant Project Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia, offering a permanent position with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per year. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance while working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project success. The role requires active participation in project meetings and assisting with problem-solving to keep projects on track. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- experience supporting ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects
- exposure to warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, food and beverage, or light industrial projects preferred
- proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- eagerness to learn and take ownership
- ability to work within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience supporting ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects
- exposure to warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, food and beverage, or light industrial projects preferred

- experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
