Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, crouching and climbing
  • Strong judgment and multitasking skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate all equipment
  • Ability to stock ingredients and prepare products
  • Strong communication skills for processing orders and interacting with customers and co-workers
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with ability to make correct monetary change
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination for handling food preparation tools and equipment
  • Ability to use computers and POS systems for order entry

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations during shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • Set a positive example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring the crew does the same
  • Handle staffing, paperwork, food management and scheduling
  • Maintain store cleanliness, marketing efforts and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring perfect image and adherence to standards
  • Ensure attendance, punctuality and reliable transportation to/from work
  • Oversee equipment operation, product preparation, and order processing
