The position of Restaurant Shift Manager entails managing a team of 3 to 12 employees during scheduled shifts and assuming full responsibility for store operations while on duty. This critical leadership role requires ensuring quick, accurate, and consistent preparation of products, strictly following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures to maintain Domino's high standards. Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant is a key responsibility, from the customer's first point of contact to the back areas of the store. The manager also upholds a professional appearance, adhering to Domino's grooming and uniform standards to reflect the brand's image positively. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays is essential for this role to accommodate varying store hours and customer demands.
